How to enter:
You must try to get as many people to join Club Penguin Exclusives Community Forums. You need to refer users to join. In order for them to give you the refer, they must post in the welcome forums. Make sure to tell them who referred them and where they came from. The user who refers the most wins. In this topic, please share links to referral posts.

For Example:
I made a video for many people to join, here is the refer link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5GNfTQgx47U

Lets say I refer 20 people. These people must make a post in the welcome forums section. Plus post where they came from and the user who told them about CPE.

Here are a few requirements for the user:
-Has to stay active (at least 10-20 minutes per day)
-Can not be a double account
-Can not use a proxy to create multiple accounts
-Can not use a temporary e-mail service to register multiple accounts
